Service Terms — Leasing & Marketing Floor Plans
Last updated October 26, 2026. Draft pending Jonathan’s sign-off.
1. Scope
Measured floor plans for leasing and marketing only. They are not a survey, and they are not for permits, construction, appraisal, legal descriptions, or lease-area disputes.
2. Accuracy and area
Field-measured to reasonable industry accuracy. Square footage shown is approximate and for marketing. Verify it independently before using it to set rent or lease terms. BOMA area calculations are only provided if ordered.
3. Price
The quote is based on the square footage, rooms, and doors you enter. If the measured area differs by more than 10%, the final invoice adjusts to the measured figures.
4. Retainer
A 50% retainer (minimum $325) is due at booking and credited to the final invoice. It is fully refunded if you cancel 24+ hours before the visit, or if we cancel.
5. Balance and delivery
The balance is due on delivery. Final files are released once paid. Plans are delivered within 2 hours of the site visit during business hours, and we'll tell you at the visit if a large or complex site needs longer.
6. Access and site
You arrange access at the booked time and tell us about any hazards. A no-access visit or a cancellation under 24 hours may carry a trip charge of TBD, taken from the retainer. We may stop work at an unsafe site.
7. Your materials
You confirm you have the right to use any logo, branding, or sample plan you upload.
8. Use and ownership
You may use, print, and share the plans to market and lease the property. Beachum Construction keeps the copyright and may show anonymized samples.
9. Revisions
One round of minor corrections is included if requested within 7 days. Changes to the space after the visit are a new visit.
10. Liability and payment
Our total liability is limited to the fee paid, and we are not liable for indirect or business losses or for decisions made using the plans. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Beachum Construction never sees or stores card numbers. California law applies, with venue in Sacramento County.
